Carlisle's mechanical Gas-Saver is an accessory for inside bench production and heating applications; designed for use in the oxygen and fuel gas supply line to accommodate hand welding torches. When a hand welding torch or inert gas welding torch is hung on the Gas-Saver lever rod, gas is instantly shut off. When time at the work bench is done, instead of closing torch valves, place your torch on the lever rod to extinguish the flame. For reuse, remove the torch from lever rod, and without delay, relight torch at pilot flame. The Gas-saver is a shut-off unit and Not a pressure regulating device. Designed for use with Natural Gas and Propane. The Gas-Saver will not affect regulator pressure settings for your torch. Use the regulator pressure settings you currently use for each regulator.
