Standard Caldera Kiln with digital controls makes glass compatibility and glaze color tests fast and easy. It fires rapidly on 120 volts to 2350°F/1287°C. With a separate top and bottom, this kiln is stackable, completely portable, & for a digital kiln, surprisingly affordable.

The Sentry Xpress controller fires in either Ramp-Hold or Cone-Fire mode. Control both heating and cooling with simple 3-key operation. The Caldera includes a safety on/off toggle switch.

The Sentry Xpress 3-key controller is packed with features including two modes: Single Segment and 8-segment Ramp-Hold.


Design programs with up to 8 segments (steps) in Ramp-Hold mode.
Fire to a single temperature at a single speed in the simplified Single Segment mode.
Ramp-Hold mode can store 4 programs.
